New PORT & COMPANY Red Baseball Cap "S" - Size Adult - 100% Cotton!  This hat is 22 1/2" in circumference with hook and loop closure in back..  We measured the circumference with the hat in the most closed position, so you could probably go another 1 1/2".  Excellent condition - never worn - See photos for further description.
