This wheel allows the barrel to spin, simply remove the old or damaged wheel by prying it off with a needle nose plyers, or flat head screwdriver.  Then slide on the new, synthetic rubber( will never dry out) ring and start tumbling again.

This is not OEM, but rather a stronger synthetic Buna Nitrile synthetic rubber.
