This is a 4" x 6" healing crystal grid card printed on heavy cardstock. Crystals and grid board are NOT included but can be purchased separately on our store. Crystals can be tumbled or rough, or a shape. 

It lists the healing stones to use and suggested board although you can use any Flower of Life board.
