It was exhibited from September 10, 2004 to January 20, 2005 at the Birdwell Library at Southern Methodist University. It was curated by R. Hal Williams and Hervey A. Priddy. It has 97 pages. No writing in it or torn or missing pages. Few bumps on corners of covers and a little paper loss on the back cover. See photographs for condition issues.
