This is a TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES TALKING LEONARDO TURTLE Plastic Action Figure Toy. It is 6 1/2 inches tall. Made by Playmates in 2014. It is in great condition. It is CLEAN!  Move the lever in the back and the arms move and he makes numb chuck sounds or talks. He says a ton of different things. Some of the things that he says are,  "We are the turtles of Justice", "Good Guys Always win", "Are you ready to Train", "We have to stop the Krang", "It's Turtle Time"," We're Lean mean and green", "Bring it on", "Turtle Power", "Is that all you got", "Hiii Yaa", "We're Ninjas" "Were heroes".  Requires 3 LR44 Batteries.
