This is a vintage ceramic Halloween ghost with jack-o-lantern candy dish (or candle holder).  Sold by Houston Foods in the 1980s, these came with little candies in them, but I've always used the bowl part to hold a tea light candle, which it's the perfect size for.  The ghost measures 3.5" tall and the entire piece measures 3.5" across.  Made in Taiwan.  In my closeup photo you can see a tiny chip to the orange glaze on the base area.  The other white spot you may notice, up near the rim of the pumpkin, is not actually a chip but just a manufacturing flaw that's always been there.  Overall it's in excellent vintage condition, and a very cute piece for your spooky holiday decorating.  Asking $12.00 obo.
