Beautiful Victorian Celluloid Photo Album depicting a large Buck. Image is very detailed and nicely done...surrounding the image is a beautiful sunset of the beauty of nature. The front of the Album is deeply embossed in a rich brown color to simulate the Bark of a Tree.  Album retains its original ornate lock/clasp/hooking mechanism which is in good working order.  Back of the album is plush green velvet. With no wear.

Album measures approx 10 1/2" H X 13 1/2" W X 3" deep.

 The edging of the paper/board inserts for the photo's are edged in gold and are still vibrant on the outside/sides of the album. The paper/board inserts for the photo's are decorated with an Art Nouveau style and is a green/teal color inside the design. The photo insert sections have some tears from the photo's being removed. there are 15 pages which are double-sided. Note: found inside: Bought at Fred Beckers Store Dec 24 1906. 

This is a great album - sturdy, clean, comes from a dry, smoke free home, no major damage, no cracks, no holes, no repairs, clasp works, no missing pages, some of the 'decorated pages' on the inside have some tearing, most are intact, cover is in very good condition, vibrant (see photo's). Please ask all questions prior to bidding.The photo's are also part of the description....
