This comic book has not been professionally graded.
I consider it GOOD with surface wear, stains and color loss on the cover; curving of and creasing along the spine; some rust on or darkening of the staples; and a small tear at the base of the spine. There is a price sticker on the back cover and some doodling in red ink on two of the inner pages, which otherwise have no creases, folds or tears and are bright and firm.
