Customer return. It was tried on once and exchanged for another size. We have found no defects, however, the vest appears to have deodorant/makeup on the inside and outside toward the bottom, see detailed pictures. All pieces and product packaging are included. Please see our other listings to purchase this item in brand new condition or other sizes.

While lying flat, size Small skirt measures about 9" long. Vest is about 14" down the center of the front, 15.5" down the shoulder to the point, and about 13.5" across at the widest point.
