Offered here is this Beautiful Vintage Woven Wicker Sewing Basket. It is in good condition, structurally, with only some of the small decorative trim missing around the bottom shelf. I am unsure of the age or origins of the basket. It is a free-standing piece that does need to be repainted, but it is otherwise in great shape, and is sturdy and stable. The basket has a hinged lid on the top compartment and handles on the sides that make it easy to carry and move. The basket is 28” tall, with the bottom shelf sitting at about 9” high and the sides of that compartment sitting at 12” high. The basket is 24.5” long side to side, 15.5” wide from front to back, and the handles sit at about 31” high. This is a lovely vintage sewing basket that makes a beautiful piece of vintage furniture all on its own. It can be easily fixed up with a little paint and would be a wonderful addition to your crafting room.
