This is a nice quality handled tidbit tray from Royal Doulton Fine China and the 1994 Highland Moor Pattern. The pattern has a colorful floral border and the flowers are slightly outlined and textured on the surface and also has a nice color blue trim. It measures approx. 10 1/2" in diameter and it is in great pre-owned condition with no flaws or damage. White Spot on rim in photo is from flash in camera and is not a flaw!
