This is the 32 oz (4 cup) Teapot from Royal Worcester in the Evesham Gold Pattern and Made in England. It measures approx 8" across from handle to spout and approx 4 3/4" tall from table to rim and approx 6 1/2" tall from table to top of finial on lid. It is in good pre-owned condition with no chips or cracks. ***The lid has what looks like a light brown or dark gold finial and rim - I know it is the right lid for this pot but am not sure why the color is different than the gold trim on the pot? It does compliment the gold color but not sure if it was an intentional variation or a mistake***
