About US;  Campbell Films is a small American family business dedicated to the preservation of rare, historical films. Started in 2007 by a father and son, team. They have worked tirelessly to digitize, compile and create truly rare and unique DVD's to share with the world. The son went to film school and father is a veteran with the historical passion, so together they assembled the content of Campbell Films. What's on this DVD;  Bell P-39 Airacobra

1st Film; "Bell P-39 Factory".  This a newly added film to this DVD and it is just absolutely Amazing to see.  Called "Airplane Structures",  there example was the famous P-39 Airacobra. From building the tail section, onto building the frame, mounting the main gun, the cabin, painting etc, just amazing to see and very rare!!!!!  Runtime 15:47 Min's

A collection of 6 newsreels on the Bell P-39 Airacobra, Vary hard to find and interesting to watch. 1st, P-39 Factory. 2nd, P-39 Target practice. 3rd, P-39 in Australia. 4th, P-39 Missions to Russia. 5th, P-39 Alaska Route. 6th, P-39 Air Route to Russia. 6th, P-39 in the land in the Aleutians. 7th, PT boats and P-39 protect the Panama Canal. 4th Film: "Introduction to the Bell P-39 Airacobra". 1940's training film produced by the USAAF, to introduce airmen training on the amazing Bell P-39 Airacobra. The P-39 was an excellent high performance Fighter.  Runtime 12:16 Min's

5th Film: "Flying the Bell P-39 Airacobra". This film again was produced by the USAAF for more advanced training on the Bell P-39 Airacobra. From takeoffs to stalls, to aerobatics, to gunnery range, this another Great film. B/W Runtime 23:05 Min's

6th film; "Camouflage P-39, This a AAF Cartoon about hiding your ground aircraft from the Menacing enemy, The Japanese Bombers!. Not politically correct today. Runtime 20:04 Min's

7th Film: "Reporting and Collecting on the Enemy by P-39 Pilots" This film shows how the crews of Bell P-39 Airacobra collected and reported information from air combat Pilots during the war. The film shows the process of collecting data, then used it to help win the war. Starts off with pilots preparing for their daily flights, then returning from a days work of flying cover for the Bombers. It includes briefings, startup, flight over Germany and dog fights.
