NWOT Disney Sketch Mickey Mouse iPad Portfolio Case.  I bought this in 2011.  I ended up buying a different type of tablet which doesn't fit this case.  The cover is Mickey parts and it has red felt lining.  It's been stored every since with tender loving care.  I am not affiliated with Disney.  I cleaning out my Disney Collection.  The Disney description is listed below.
