This beautiful maroon, green, navy floral skirt is one of my favorites (wish it still fit, lol).  It has an elasticized waist for an easy pull on and a ruffle at the bottom of the hemline.  The waist is 30" unstretched and it measures 23.5" from the waist to the hem.  Machine or hand wash in cold water.
