Knowles, this is a Norman Rockwell collector's plate titled "Evening's Ease."  Plate number 4840 Q, fourth in the Rockwell's Light Campaign Series, Bradex Number 84-R70-6.4.  It measures 8.5" in diameter.  Condition is excellent, no damage or flaws.  I do not have the paper certificate that came with it.
