Vintage, diecast car from ELICAR, Hobbycar SA. It's an old fashion blue panel delivery truck with Eltron name on side. Nice looking older foreign made car, never removed from the box. Package has some general wear, name written on the side flap and a few old price tags and old tape on lower front as shown.  Vehicle is about 1 3/4 inches tall and 4 1/4 inches long.
