This is vintage and new, still in the box, 13"  Effenbee Patsy #P315 doll. She has pretty painted brown eyes and reddish brown hair and is wearing her original outfit...

• A pretty organza dress with a smocked yoke and matching bonnet
• A yellow cotton slip and panties
• Beige shoes and white socks
• Her gold heart bracelet.

I do not have a cover for her box but she will be carefully packed for shipping to her new home. She will make a nice addition to your doll collection.
