This is a print of Chief Red-Cloud from a painting  by E. A. Burbank. The copyright date for the artwork is 1899, but the series of prints is a little bit later. This is Series A No 8. I think there were at least 20 different prints of this series. It was put out by one of the railroad companies. I will add the company when I know it. My father-in-law worked for the railroad offices in St. Paul, Minnesota. There were 2 different railroad companies in the same building. When they went through a merger (not sure if it was just one company with a new company or if it was with all three) they cleaned out the basement and let the workers take some items home. This print is part of that clean out time.

Size of the print 9.5"x6.5" (not counting margins)
