Vintage, Dutch Army Ike Jackets

TOP QUALITY JACKET IN GREAT CONDITION

These are vintage 1950's Dutch military jackets, which were based on and almost identical to those worn by the British army during the second world war.

Features:

• 2 chest pockets with button fastening
• Integral buckle belt to fasten waist
• Button up front
• Stand up collar with button under flap
• shoulder epaulettes
• Item weighs approx 750g

This is perfect for re-enactments, ideal for fancy dress and so may be very useful with Halloween just around the corner. Get yourself some quality, vintage military clothing!

The sizes stated are the European sizes on the labels converted to UK/US sizes. To reconvert these sizes back to European sizes add 10 to the size, ie, 38" is European size 48, 40" is European size 50.

Please recognise that these are ike jackets and hence pretty short lengthwise. For example the largest size 46" chest has a length, collar to hem of 21.5"

***Please note that 1) these jackets do not have the buttons that keep the epaulettes in place. Any buttons fitting the holes on the epaulettes would work

2) Where insignia has been removed previously, on the shoulders, collar, or epaulettes, you may see lines of stitching holes, or perhaps an odd knick or small repair.
