Whole magazine is in near mint condition or better with the exception of - VERY, VERY light wrinkling on the cover, lower right corner is somewhat bent over.
Back cover is light colored and somewhat dirty and is somewhat wrinkled.
Spine is beautiful!!!

front cover - medium to light heavy wrinkling, including a bend along the top of the cover and a few deep creases near the bottom right corner.
Also there is a tear near the bar-code.
Back cover - heavily wrinkled, and creased but flat.
