10 CINNAMON STICKS

Cinnamon sticks is an excellent alternative to Catappa Indian almond leaves. The sticks contains a chemical called cinnamaldehyde which helps keep diseases at bay due to its antibacterial properties. The sticks naturally curls up in the drying process creating shelter and spawning spots for shrimp, crayfish and small fish. Cinnamon bark is a favourite alternative food source for shrimp and bottom-dwelling fish.
