Is the regulator on your air compressor leaking? I'll be honest...it pissed me off just a little bit. So I took that negative energy and found a solution.

What I have here for my fellow Americans is a rebuild kit that I researched and put together to save some money while repairing the issue. I pass these savings on to you. Rest assured that if it's good enough for me it's going to make you happy.

Instructions: 1. Unscrew cap 2. Remove spring 3. Remove plunger 4. Use a flat head screwdriver to unscrew and remove the air regulator valve. Unscrew carefully, there is a black rubber seal and a spring on the back side, so take care as you don't want to lose them. 5. Reassemble in same order on your compressor manifold. 6. The effort to turn your rebuilt regulator may be increased. This is normal.
