This fork is from the Prelude Pattern by International Sterling.  The pattern has been made since 1939.  This is a vintage piece and could use a good polish...but it is in great condition...no bends..dents..or other problems.  No monogram.    I have several pieces in this pattern and will be happy to combine the shipping.      
 
 This Prelude Sterling Silver fork is preloved...but it looks perfect to me.
