Original Water Color Bear in Hot Air Balloon 1998 Carol Orlando Matted 11 x 14"

I rescued this beautiful piece from a broken frame.  The picture and the mat were just perfect.  This happy teddy is floating along in his hot air balloon with a big bouquet of flowers to brighten your day...or your nursery.  I think that this is a watercolor...but I am not an expert on art...It is hand painted and signed.      

 Any white spots are from the flash.  Let me know if you want additional photos.

Most of my items are vintage. Any vintage item should be considered used and should be expected to have some level of normal wear from age or storage.

I ship from a non smoking house, but I don't know the story of these items before I get them.  Some people may notice odors that I don't, so I can't say that they are odor free, smoke free, or pet free.
