-Cast iron
-Authentic antique circa late 1800's.
-Elaborate gold tone face.
-Seven scrolled areas on the clock.
-Original rear opening door.
Condition: No cracks, bends, or dents in CAST IRON body. Engraved floral areas look great and still have their original paint with very little loss of color. The face looks fantastic and is ornate. Both sides wind. Both hands manually move. The bezel is still in good shape and the glass has no cracks or chips. The clock runs for a short time only and may need some oil etc. to be 100% functional. Some wear on the brown areas of the clock but as you can see they still look good. The back door is still present and shuts / opens as it should. No key.
Please keep in mind that this is an antique. The mechanicals may or may not need serviced as it is over 100 years old.
