Yellow Corn Flour, Salt, Lemon Juice Powder (Corn Syrup Solids, Lemon Juice Solids, Lemon Oil), Spices, Dried Garlic, Citric Acid, Monosodium Glutamate, Natural Flavors

Instructions:

Coats approximately 3-4 pounds of fish
Dip fish in cold water. Shake off excess water
Roll fish in Fry mix
Deep fry at 350 until golden brown
