This collector plate has a raised, embossed design of the Liberty Bell and words.  Its scalloped or scrolled rim sets off the patriotic bicentennial design. The surface is free of chips or cracks. The glass is translucent enough to let light softly shine through. The photos do not do justice to the beautiful changing iridescent colors. Measures 8" diam The quotation states "Proclaim liberty throughout the land and to the inhabitants thereof. and Philadelphia PA. Sorry no box. Look for other American Bicentennial items in my booth.
