Nice, very old, must be 1930s era or older, hand made O or could use for G scale, wood with cardboard trim on the roof, passenger station platform in the pictures. Good shape with wear, needs to be reattached to the base, a few old nails sticking out of the poles to remove, old cord on it but doesn't seem to have any light source or plug, paint wear and needs cleaning.  Zoom in for details. About 7 1/2 inches tall and 12 inches wide.
