Brand new factory sealed blu-ray has a small hole in the shrinkwrap on the upper right corner. Comes with optional collectible pop-art cover that can be slid in over the normal one. This has a little ghosting, a printing phenomena caused by the layout or insufficent rollers in the press. You can barely see it, but the photo makes it look worse. The regular cover is underneath and shown in my second photo.
To watch on widescreen in full color a small army of actors inflict mayhem on each other with cars, planes, explosives and other devices for almost three hours with surround sound effects is simply too much for the human eye and ear to respond to. Frantic chasing and violent slapstick is too much when done on this scale and with this cast, but one must observe that scene for scene it is extremely well done and most of the players are in unusually good form though they all outstay their welcome.
The only movie with animated figures of the Three Stooges (as firemen). It also has music by the Shirelles and too many stars. Everybody knows that some of them are: Sid Caeser, Mickey Rooney, Spencer Tracy, Milton Berle, Edie Adams, and Ethel Merman. Not everybody knows that Leo Gorcey, Joe E. Brown, Jerry Lewis, Jim Backus, Peter Falk, and Don Knotts are also in it.
