Item description for US Army Good Conduct Medal Vintage Unissued Full Size United States Military Pin

This is a United States Army Good Conduct Medal without a ribbon bar. There is no name on the back, so I believe that means it is unissued. This was in my husband's possessions when he passed and his dad and uncle were both in WWII, and I believe my late husband got it from either his dad or his uncle. I could be wrong about the age of this item, but have listed it as WWII era based on the information that I have.

The medal is approximately 1-1/4" diameter and the entire medal is approximately 2-3/4" long from the top of the ribbon to the bottom of the medal.

The medal is in good vintage condition and has no name on it. It is on the original card, but the ribbon bar is missing. The words "Army Good Conduct" are hand-written across the top of the card it came on and the card has some foxing on it too.
