DURABLE: These bands are much stronger and more durable than the cheaper latex bands. They will not snap and break like cheap latex bands can do. Tey may feel very hard to use at first, but will loosen up a little once you have used them and broken them in.
NON-SLIP: These bands have a non-slip inner elastic that will hold comfortably to your body and not roll up while using them. They will stay in place where you put them.
