This US Civilian Distinguished Rifleman Badge with the US Hallmark is Made In USA and manufactured by Roulet Company of Toledo, Ohio, who is now out of business.  If you need or want these badges/pins/medals, finding them like this will be one of the few ways to get them.  This will be shipped postage paid and insured.  It is approximately 1.5"x2".  The metal composition is unknown.
