Description
This is a super cute vintage R&K Originals nylon jersey knit blouson mini dress.
From the mid 60's - early 70's. It has an ILGWU union label that dates it to 1963 - 1974.
Label reads "R&K Originals for the Girl who Knows Clothes"
No size tag, but modern XS. It zips on my size 2/4 dress form, which measures 34 - 25 - 34.5.
Jersey knit - I believe it is nylon. Lined with soft thin cotton.
Autumn MCM colors: Brown, Avocado Green, Orange, Gold, Yellow.
Harlequin check pattern
Boat neck with piping trim.
Blouson top with slight gathers at waist. Waist is slightly dropped / mid rise.
3/4 length sleeves.
Straight pencil skirt.
Lapped back nylon zip.
Fully lined (except sleeves) with non-stretch lining. The lining has a deep slit in back so there is ease.
So chic! It looks like something that would have been worn by the chic secretaries on Mad Men!
Accessories could really "make" the look: vintage chain belt, jewelry, tall boots! (Not included)
In excellent vintage condition - no damage. Please note, however, that it appears to have been shortened at some point to mini length.

Waist 26 with slight stretch to 27
Hip 33 stretches to about 36 (lining is open in the back to allow for stretch)
