This black formal sleeveless dress has a satin bodice with rhinestone accents at the neck. The skirt has 4 tiers of organza over a lining with crinoline. There are rhinestones and rosettes with clusters of sequins across the front waist and a larger rosette with faux pearls in the center and rhinestones on the petals. The dress zips and ties in the back. It is perfect for parties, weddings, holidays, pageants, and any social event.
The shipping may seem a bit high, depending on your postal zone, because it includes the weight of a box to protect the dress.

The dress shows no signs of wear and it had the original hanger with plastic garment protector and the original cash register sales receipt when I bought it, but the tags are missing.
Shipping may be a bit high, depending how far it needs to ship, because it weighs over a pound to ship because it will be packed in a box for maximum protection of this lovely dress.

Returns must be received within 30 days, in the same packaging and same condition it was when shipped to you. Buyer pays return shipping with no refunds on the original shipping. Once the item is returned in the same condition it was when shipped, your purchase price will be refunded.
If the purchase price included shipping (FREE Shipping), the cost of the original shipping will be deducted before your refund is sent. Items returned in a different condition than when they were shipped are not eligible for a full refund.

If your item is damaged in shipment, contact me as soon as possible with photos of the package, packing materials and the damaged item. Once I see your photos showing it was damaged in shipment, I will refund your purchase 100%, including the shipping paid, without requiring a return of the damaged item(s).
