Condition is "New". Listed new because it has not been used for any bird's nest. It has just been sitting inside house for years since made.
- Approx. 12 1/8” high X 6 3/16” wide X 11" deep.
- Hole on front for birds is approx. 15/16" in diameter (almost an inch).
- Has 1 ventilation hole on both side & back.
- Dowel rod glued in front sticks out approx. 2.5".
- Looks like there is a crack in roof section & 1 on backside.
- Not all pieces connected to others are flush.
