Shipping :
Domestic Shipping
- Shipping is available within the United States only, unless using's Global Shipping Program
- Drop Shipping will be provided by nearest
fulfillment center with your item in stock
- Free Economy Shipping will normally take 1-10 business days
- We cannot guarantee shipping availability to P.O.
Boxes. If you have a P.O. Box, then please provide an alternate physical
address otherwise your order might not be completed
- We cannot guarantee shipping availability to PR, GU, HI, or
AK for some items (if shipping is not available we will refund
you right away)
- Transit time varies by location but your purchase normally
departs within 2 business days
- Please allow additional handling time for larger big ticket
items

Return Policy :
- If buyer requests a refund, they must pay for the return
shipping on "accepted return" items. If the return request is approved on "No Returns Accepted", items by the seller, the buyer must pay for the return shipping and a 15% restocking fee.
Returns Accepted On Most
New Unopened Items Within 3 Days of Delivery
- In compliance with policy, product must be
returned in the original unopened condition before a refund
is provided
- All returns must be postmarked within 3 days
of delivery
- We do not pay for return shipping. This is because the
exchanged item ships back to you for free
- A 15% restocking fee will be charged for any returned items
without a box (this is because we have to return the items to the
manufacturer)
- Please contact us for a Returned Merchandise Authorization
(RMA) number before making any kind of return, otherwise we will charge a
10% fee. This fee is charged because when an item is exchanged, your new
item is shipped to you for free
- No returns allowed for opened Box software items
