Africa.  Unopened restoration &/or Maker's craft creation hardware, still stapled in Original packages ~ each pkg appears to include 4 parts, screw drop handle for insertion into scrolled flush mount facia + 2 silver metal attachments for securement. Prior local FL Antiques & Collectibles store perhaps where purchased still tape attached to 2.
