ONE garage door extension spring.
Size is rated at 110 pounds. Blue end color code with safety cable. For a 6'6" or 7' high door.

An important note about garage door springs:
Garage doors are made of various materials, and therefore have different weights.  A wood door weighs more than a steel door. Therefore, it is important to know how much your door weighs.  How do you weigh your door?  Safely disconnect your springs (use extreme caution and look online as to how to do it). Once disconnected, put a bathroom scale underneath the door. For a 2 car door, use 2 bathroom scales. This will determine your weight.  A 90 pound spring means a PAIR of springs will raise 90 pounds.

It is always recommended to replace garage door springs in pairs, since they tend to wear evenly, however, this listing is for ONE spring.
