For your consideration is a vintage Disney Winnie the Pooh Tigger 2 piece pajama set.  This has the footed bottoms.  It is marked a size 18 months 23 - 28 pounds.  The top does have one spot as shown and the bottoms are missing one of the Tigger appliques.
