Produced by the now defunct Doctor Who Fan Club in the early 1980's, this is a cloisonne pin featuring the image of the original show logo. These were never widely distributed, and were hard to find when made in 1982. It measures 1" wide, and is a mint, never used pin and is stored in a smoke and pet free environment.
