• We prefer to receive payment through paypal. Occasionally a specific type of paypal payment takes a few days to clear. Items will be shipped upon clearing of funds.

• I generally ship once per week on a Tuesday. Let me know if this is to be a gift and I can try to make special arrangement for faster shipping. On occasion, due to health issues there could be a delay in this schedule. Please check my feedback and know that you are in good hands.  It is not our style to steal from people! Your item will be shipped!!

• Most sales are final, however, I am willing to discuss solutions. Returns on a case by case basis...please contact me!

• I am a small, 1 person operation.  I had a double lung transplant due to Cystic Fibrosis on 4-4-07. On occasion, complications do arise and a short hospital stay is necessary. Please be patient and understand that sometimes delays may occur. I do the best I can with the given situation.
