For your consideration is a 2010 McCall's pattern #M6030.  This pattern allows you to design your own floor length dress.  Umpire waist, long dress with straps or not.  Pattern is cut and complete.  The size 16, 18 and 20 was missing the first page instructions, so I copied the first page so it is not also complete.
