This piece is not marked but I believe this to be a West Bend insulated serving dish.  There are 3 pieces to this set.  The one metal square dish goes from the oven to be placed into the bottom insulated tray … put the lid on it … and the food stays warm.  It is great for vegetables.  They always seem to get cold so fast.  The top piece has autumn flower design on it...like wheat.  There is some ware on the piece because I used it many times.  

The lid measures 8 3/4 inches x 8 3/4 inches.  The metal insert measures 8 5/8 x 8 5/8 inches.  The outer dish measures 9 inches x 10 1/2 inches (including the side handles).
