We always try to ship the same day payment is received.

Please also note that depending on your local tax laws, The platform may collect income tax at check out.
For international sales please email us if you have questions and please check local customs/duties for fee rates before ordering. For countries that require a VAT tax be collected please email us before ordering.
Combined Shipping: We are always happy to combine shipping on multiple items. Please email us for a quote and we will determine the weight and cost. We’ll then create a listing just for you to order from. If you would rather just pay for everything, we can offer you a partial refund after all of the orders have processed. Any combined shipping offer are for orders placed on the same day or before the 1st item has shipped.
Return Policy: We do offer returns on some items. Incorrectly ordered items must be returned at the buyers’ expense and in the original condition. A refund of the purchase price will be given. Shipping is non-refundable unless the mistake is ours.
In the rare case that an item is defective, we will work with you to resolve the issue. Please contact us, so we can help.
