Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Shipping policy

In almost all cases your item will be shipped out within one business day. The vast majority of items will ship from Chicago; however, some items will ship from the East Coast. The items will be shipped via the carrier that makes most sense from a time/cost perspective. 99% of the time that means either USPS Priority Mail, USPS First Class Package or FedEx SmartPost.

Return policy

Partial refund available within 30 days

The item must be in pristine condition in order to qualify for a return, In addition, all included accessories must be returned in order to qualify for a return. Finally, the item and accessories must be repacked in the original box. A 20% restocking fee will apply. 99% of the items I sell have a factory warranty. in the highly unlikely circumstance that there is an issue with your product I will ask you to speak with the customer service representative of the manufacturer (via email or their 800 number) to resolve the issue.
