Hello and welcome. My name is Mark, previous owner of Mark’s Leather Shoppe in West Palm Beach, Florida from Jan ’77 – Jan ‘85.
I did custom leather work , sandals , belts, book covers, custom carving, designed holsters, bags and repair work on various items. Conducted leather classes for Tandy Leather so students to learn the basics of leathercraft. I attended some of the finest Juried Arts & Craft Shows on the east coast. Fernandino Beach Shrimp Festival is one of them.

When choosing the correct belt size it is best to choose the size of a proper fitting belt you already own. The actual length of the leather belt is measured from the end of the buckle to the center hole which leaves 3 extra holes, positive and negative, 3 inches up and 3 inches down from the center hole. If you use a J-buckle it makes the belt a few inches longer.
If you size from a comfortable pair of fitting pants “ fitting not to lose or not to tight. Example: 34 pant size. Belts are NOT RETURNABLE. Unless damaged, SO PLEASE MEASURE TWICE! We size our belts to the middle hole, so there will be a two inch adjustment up or down.

Also, due to the nature of leather and it being a natural product, the leather hides will vary and may be slightly different than pictured. There may be a few blemishes or scratches that are natural to the animal and happened on the range, usually from a bump against a barbed wire fence and the hides may vary slightly in thickness. Some hides come out a little thicker or thinner in some spots of any hide
The items shown in the pictures are the models and have probably been sold by the time you place your order. Once you place your order I begin to make the belt if I have not completed one already. The color will vary slightly from the picture. Belts are Handmade by me, Mark, in Mississippi. Order should be mailed within a few days. If any problems I will contact you.

Please measure your waist size. Belts are NOT RETURNABLE. Unless damaged, SO PLEASE MEASURE TWICE! We size our belts to the middle hole, so there will be a three inch adjustment up or down.
Miscellaneous details
Belts are Handmade by me, Mark. They are a nice, THICK leather, ONE SOLID PIECE ranging from. 1/8" to 1/4" thick. Black acrylic are applied to the edges and belts are cut to fit. A Nickel or Brass plated buckle is included and a matching Metal or leather loop. The sturdy snap will not be seen when you ware the belt. You can interchange buckles

MY HOLES ARE USUALLY 3/4 INCHES APART. If you use a J-buckle it makes the belt a few inches longer.
If you size from a comfortable pair of fitting pants “not to lose or not to tight, add 2 inches to your current pant size. Example: 34 pant size makes your belt size 36" to the MIDDLE hole. Belts are NOT RETURNABLE. Unless damaged, SO PLEASE MEASURE TWICE! We size our belts to the middle hole, so there will be Three, 3/4 inch adjustment up or down.
