Return policy
Partial refund available within 30 daysPartial Refund is available for the return within 30 days for unopened items in original new condition.(Full Refund minus return shipping cost and 15% restocking fee)
Buyer is responsible for the cost to ship the item back, it can be deducted from Refund or buyer can provide their own label. 15% Restocking Fee applies to all returns. If the item is not in original packing or is not in original condition higher restocking fee will be applied.
Replacement is available for any damaged in transit items or manufacture defects.Please contact seller if there are any issues with your order before returning.
Due to our products being fragile we recommend to all buyers to make sure the item will fit and is compatible with your plumbing set up before purchase is made.
Any return items that got damaged on the way back to the seller will not be accepted.
