Shipping policy

Shipping in the US:

Most orders are shipped within 24 hours (Monday through Friday) once they have been processed and payment has been received. If you need your order by a certain time or date, please let us know and we’ll do our best to expedite. Yes, we combine items to save you money on shipping. Once your order is placed for multiple items we will check the shipping and make adjustments.

Orders within the US are shipped by US Postal Service.

International Shipping:

We ship International Orders daily Monday through Friday via US Postal Service. We email shipping confirmation. Delivery is usually within 4-7 days. Customer is responsible for any taxes, local delivery and customs fee. International shipping rates are estimates. We will contact you if there is any change.

Return policy

Full refund available within 30 days

HEY VIV RETURN POLICY

Returns, for refund of the purchase price are accepted within 30 days of the date of delivery. No items will be accepted for return or exchange after 30 days. Exchanges are not available.

The item(s) must be returned in the same condition as it was shipped in.
Any problems with damage during shipping will be taken up with the shipping company. We will be glad to assist with this.

Returns can be done through the Post Office. We suggest that shipments be insured for your protection. Please let us know when you’ve shipped. We’ll let you know when your package arrives and a refund has been issued.
