We are professional maker supplying making silicone molds.
And, now, we are going to launch a new product line, home decors.

Shipping policy

All orders ship via our Taiwan Government Post System.
Each single order needs at least 5 business to handle. Please kindly understand all our silicone molds are handmade. We only make molds after got an order. It promises to buyer to get a fresh new mold. We not sell used or aged mold to buyers.
Shipping fee and handling time -
Please kindly note that it is an International shipping.
We don’t make or try to make profit from the shipping fee.
Actually, we had been absorbed 3% shipping fee which Paypal charges.
When you leave a feedback, please be kind to understand about this point.

We now need about 5 business days to handle every single order.
Please kindly understand, all soap/candle molds are “handmade”. As an International shipping, each order will take about 2 – 3 weeks to arrive your end. Please be kind when you leave a feedback. Thank you !

Return policy

We may accept returned items if the product is unused, however, we reserve the right to determine if the reason for returning the product is acceptable.
